Reporting a problem

Include your device model, iOS version, Skyhook version, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Please leave out passwords, payment details, and other information we do not need.

Ads and purchases

Skyhook is free to play, with occasional ads between completed levels. The optional one-time Remove Ads purchase is available in Settings. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account that made the purchase to restore it after reinstalling or changing devices. Removing ads does not unlock ships or levels. For ad privacy choices and to report an inappropriate ad, open Settings → Privacy & Support.

Starting fresh

On iPhone, delete Skyhook and reinstall it to remove local progress and settings. Offloading the app keeps its data. Device backups can restore an older save. There is no Skyhook account or cloud-save service operated by the developer.

Sound and controls

Use Music and SFX sliders in Settings to adjust the mix. The speaker button mutes all game audio. Tap open space to launch from an orbit. Hold your current planet or skyhook to speed up its rotation. During flight, tap the left or right side of the screen to use a limited directional burst. Retry returns you to the starting planet of the current level.
